Eligibility for Returns:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order.
    • Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 Days of receipt. For eligibility of return, the product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
    • Unopened and Unused Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 Days of receipt, subject to inspection.
  • Expired Products: If you receive a product with an expired date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within days of receipt to report the issue and initiate the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Open or Used Products: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, opened or used herbal medicinal items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales may be non-returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Products that have not been stored according to the product packaging instructions.
  • Any Counterfeit products.
  • Digital Products that have been downloaded.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Initiate a return by contacting our customer support team via the contact information provided below. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage).
  2. Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA): If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package. You will be provided with a return shipping label if applicable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for returns due to our error. If we provide a return shipping label, this will be made explicitly clear.
  4. Inspection and Verification: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection, including:
    • Verification of product integrity and authenticity.
    • Assessment for signs of tampering.
    • Batch number verification.
    • Temperature control checks (if applicable).
    • Weight Verification.
    • Packaging inspection.
    • Storage conditions.
    • Photographic or video documentation will be recorded.
  5. Refund or Replacement:
    • Tandruste reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.
    • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or errors such as incorrect delivery, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Tandruste Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. We aim to expand internationally in the near future, and updates will be posted on our website as new regions are added.

Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS/Email/WhatsApp containing your tracking number and courier information.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery (within Pakistan): Flat rate of PKR 250 or Free Shipping with coupon codes.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all eligible orders across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. You can then contact us to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Tandruste is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
